West-P.A.R.K. Consulting was created with the goal of helping investors, developers and owners of all asset types and strategies effectively underwrite and execute complex transactions more efficiently. Current/Past Projects: • Served as an independent business strategy consultant for an international investment client researching the Phoenix area property management, build to rent and single-family home rental development fields. • Strategizing with ownership on the management of a portfolio containing 90+ single family rental homes, 4 apartment buildings and various other land/asset holdings. Conceptualizing the model for conversion of single family rental homes into independent, personalized senior care facilities. • Participated in a multi-national senior housing development project near Hangzhou, China which included modeling investment waterfalls and cap tables, coordinating capital calls, managing investor accounts, establishing and maintaining banking relationships in China, the United States and the Cayman Islands and creating property level proformas. • Coordinating a $2M 1031 exchange with client which includes capital sourcing, feasibility analysis, market rent/operations research, due diligence and closing.
