More recently, the Suncrest management team and its investor partners have acquired nearly 4,000 acres of raw land, successfully re-zoned over 13,000 residential lots and sold approximately 7,100 engineered and or improved lots to most of America’s largest homebuilders. This activity represents the deployment of over $350 million in capital since Suncrest’s inception in 2016.
