Educational and Instructional (E and I) Program Planning Advise to make sure show qualifies within the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) guidelines for E and I content (3 hours required to be aired each week by US TV stations), and obtain Educational Compliance Certification for the show. Production Services Color correction, closed captioning, FCC icons, Nielsen/AMOL encoding and satellite/tape show delivery. Merchandising, Licensing and Advertising Sales Assist or Manage merchandising, licensing and advertiser sales for the show. International and DVD Sales Assist or Manage International and/or DVD Sales Domestic and/or International.
