Wellness Inventory Information

Wellness Inventory is an online, whole person wellbeing program designed to help individuals gain insight into their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. The program offers guidance and tools to transform this new awareness into sustainable lifestyle and attitudinal change, resulting in improved overall life-balance, enhanced personal wellbeing, and a greater capacity for optimal living.
