Weigh Lighter was founded over 10 years ago by Wexford lady, Frances Whelan, who is a registered Nutrition & Health Coach. Frances developed the Programme in order to help people lose weight in a healthy and sustainable manner, without being deprived of nutrition. The Programme, which started in Co. Wexford has helped 1,000's of people to change their lives, and with new classes opening in the Southeast it is continuing to do so. One of the best things about Weigh Lighter is that we care about you and your body. We want to educate you about the importance of a healthy, nutritious, diet, by giving you simple, straightforward tips and advice about food choices. When you see how simple it is you will be inspired to eat more healthily. We are not interested in quick fixes or gimmicks, because we know the only way to secure a healthy weight loss that can last is; through enjoying wholesome meals, that are easy to make and won't leave you hungry. With Weigh Lighter you are not on a "diet" you are making lifestyle changes. Integral to the success of our programme is the excellent support system we provide. Through our class talks you will gain valuable tips and advice from your fellow members and of course from your expert Leader, who has also lost weight with the Weigh Lighter Programme.
