Wedel Art was set up by Amelie von Wedel in 2006. Together the team combines more than 20 years’ experience in all areas of the art world, from academia to art market analysis, writing and public speaking about art, curating top-level exhibitions and performances, and especially working closely with private and corporate clients on all aspects of collecting and art philanthropy. Building and maintaining bespoke, world-class art collections is our specialty, with expertise, attention to detail, proven market instinct and careful scholarship as our trademarks. Wedel Art strongly believes in the power of art to inspire. We have worked with some of the world’s largest corporate collections on creating significant cultural strategies backed up by in-depth research and analysis. We are dedicated to ‘big-picture’ thinking about art and society and its practical implementation.
