We Just Breathe Foundation Information

We Just Breathe Foundation’s mission is to inspire underserved youth to find their inner superhero through the calm, healing practices of breathwork, meditation, and yoga. We Just Breathe provides specialized programs that teach students, from Kindergarten through 12th grade, techniques to balance their emotions and self-enable a sense of peace and strength to overcome adversity in their daily lives. Our mindfulness classes are taught by teachers who reflect the communities they serve, so our students have excellent role models. At We Just Breathe Foundation we introduce students to the power of breath and empower them to not only change their own lives for the better, but also change the world.
