Our AI powered software is used by Government and Enterprise customers to build new automated service channels (voice and chatbots), or to turn existing manual channels (telephone, email, social media) into autonomous channels. Our customers save time and money, generate revenues, and deliver a superior customer (and employee) experience. We think it’s wrong that £37bn a year is lost by UK companies due to poor customer service. We also think it’s wrong that 26% of our time in the workplace is spent on repetitive, manual tasks.
