Most of our suppliers are small (often family run) businesses who use traditional methods of production to create outstanding products. We regularly travel to Europe to check product quality, collect information on trends and source new interesting products/suppliers. As a result, Sabato has been first to introduce many key ingredients to the New Zealand market, such as La Chinata smoked paprika, Calogiuri Vincotto, El Navarrico piquillo pimientos and Valrhona chocolate, and we enjoy continuing to make exciting additions to the range. Coco's Cantina is a simple, neighbourhood restaurant serving homestyle, Mediterranean inspired food on Karangahape Road in Auckland City, New Zealand. Opened in 2009 by sisters Renee and Damaris Coulter who grew up within the hospitality industry. You will still find Renee on the floor, alongside one of the longest serving hospo teams in Auckland.
