Since 1993 we have been sourcing fine foods primarily from Italy, Spain and France. Most of our suppliers are small (often family run) businesses who use traditional methods of production to create outstanding products. We regularly travel to Europe to check product quality, collect information on trends and source new interesting products/suppliers. As a result, Sabato has been first to introduce many key ingredients to the New Zealand market, such as La Chinata smoked paprika, Calogiuri Vincotto, El Navarrico piquillo pimientos and Valrhona chocolate, and we enjoy continuing to make exciting additions to the range. Sabato is a New Zealand owned business and supplies many of the great restaurants and fine food stockists throughout the country. Our store is located at 57 Normanby Road, Mt. Eden, Auckland.
