Waterstone Development Group is a Real Estate Development Company headquartered in Houston Texas and developing property in a 40-90 mile arc around the Houston MSA Developer with over 35 years of experience in commercial, residential, and multi venue development. It is my core belief that when we create the right community great things happen. Currently specializing in creating walking friendly affordable communities with style. Our market is under 500 acres and located in the great hometowns surrounding Houston like Conroe, Dayton, Huntsville, Liberty, Willis, Wharton,and Livingston. Our focus is on developing new subdivisions which add more than simply housing, we want to create a sense of community, a place where families are proud to raise their children, all while providing a vibrant core for revitalization. We work closely with the cities to meet their needs and provide controlled growth with a purpose. We have been fortunate that our product is in high demand allowing us to pre sell our Projects to a great set of working partners including several public home builders, as well as vibrant national and regional private builders. Combined these city, county, builder relationships allow us to create well timed projects that fit the real market needs in turn reducing our risk profile.
