Warrington & Co. Information

Warrington & Co brings together the private and public sector to promote economic development and physical regeneration in Warrington, under the guidance of a private sector-led board. Warrington & Co is Warrington’s urban regeneration partnership. Its main function is to steer and monitor the implementation of the regeneration framework, as well as providing a forum for all the key agencies involved in regeneration in the town, both public and private sector, to co-ordinate their activities. A Warrington & Co brand has been developed, which will be used for the marketing and communication activities of the company, the regeneration framework and the wider destination marketing of Warrington. The creation of more business districts, sustainable neighbourhoods, better transport and IT connectivity and a shift to place rather than product marketing, form an ambitious economic and social development programme for Warrington that will ensure the town builds on it successes and continues to enhance its regional role.
