Warm 98 Information

Warm 98 is dedicated to serving the tri-state and is more than happy to help spread the word of YOUR group's event or cause. If you have a Public Service Announcement you'd like us to consider there are a few guidelines. We need the information at least 8 to 10 weeks in advance. That much lead time is needed for writing, recording and scheduling the PSA, and more importantly, to give your event or cause enough airings to do it any good. We consider PSA submissions on a first come, first serve basis. When considering which PSA's will make the air, we look at submissions that will help to benefit the greater good of the tri-state. That doesn't mean a smaller event will be automatically be discounted but, for example, we can't run PSA's for class reunions, or small church functions because we simply get too many requests for them. When submitting your PSA, keep it simple. Give us the who, what's, where's and when's. Don't forget to include the price's, locations and contact numbers that we can include on the air in the announcement. Local PSA's are to be kept at :15 seconds in length and recorded by air staff at the radio station, so no need to send in CD's or cassettes.
