We offer free, in-home estimates from trained, professional estimators who NEVER use high pressure or deceptive sales techniques. We offer uniform pricing based upon square footage (and other variables which differ from house to house and building to building). Wallcoat follows a strict application guideline as dictated by the Master Painter's Institute, the governing institution for all paint and coating applications. As much as our product represents a quantum leap in performance as compared to traditional paints, we truly believe that the strength of our company lies in our applicators. Wallcoat only uses trained, in-house employees- NO subcontractors ever. While a Wallcoat home tends to stand out on the block, what we hear most from our customers is that we came when we said we were going to come, did what we said we were going to do without prodding from the customer, and stayed on the project until it was completed (perhaps a reaction to the difficulties associated with other home improvement contractors). Our history dates back to the manufacturer of all our products, Lanco & Harris Paints, one of the largest paint manufacturing and distribution companies in the world, which began operations in September of 1946 in Tampa, Florida. Wallcoat's years of quality service and experience in Florida, coupled with Lanco & Harris' incomparable manufacturing capabilities, have led to our steady growth and expansion.
