NAD+ is required for energy creation, regulating circadian rhythms, maintaining healthy DNA, and hundreds of other biological functions.

Curegenix was founded by scientists from top US biopharma and universities in 2009. Our long-term goal is to build a world-class drug discovery company. To achieve this goal, we employed world-leading science / technology and established a unique drug screening platform. Using this platform, we have explored a number of novel drug targets and discovered new chemical entities with world-wide intellectual property rights for the treatment of serious illnesses such as cancer and fibrosis. After several years of hard work, our achievements have been recognized by the investment community and the pharmaceutical industry. In 2013, Curegenix received funding from Cenova Ventures, a leading venture capital firm in the domain. In 2014, our GI cancer project won a national priority "Drug Discovery Project" award.
