We provide opportunities for artists with disabilities to showcase their art. We promote the development of creative expression and learning through the arts in on-going classes, residency programs and workshops. We support arts festivals for inclusive populations. The largest is our annual Festival of the Dead in the fall, culminating in a Processional and Performances on November 2, the Day of the Dead. We provide support, training and technical assistance to Montana's cultural institutions to promote access for all people.
