Blackpool Pleasure Beach is the UK’s favourite award-winning amusement park, with rides and attractions, spectacular shows found throughout its 42-acre site making it the world’s most ride intensive park. Home to the steel mega-coaster that is the Big One, the UK’s only Nickelodeon Land and the world’s first Wallace & Gromit ride, Thrill-O-Matic, Blackpool Pleasure Beach is full of world firsts. The world’s first looping rollercoaster, Revolution; the world’s first fully-suspended coaster, Infusion; the world’s largest dark ride, Valhalla and the one of the world’s oldest rides, Sir Hiram Maxim’s Flying Machines. Blackpool Pleasure Beach has one of the best collections of “woodies” in the world with the Big Dipper, one of Europe’s only twin-tracked rollercoasters in the Grand National, the twisting and turning Wild Mouse, the bright and exhilarating Nickelodeon Streak and it’s smaller sister, the Blue Flyer making up a fine selection of heritage coasters you will ever see. This is before you see the “steelies”, from the iconic Big One to the Steeplechase; the amusement park is a mecca for adrenalin junkies who like their excitement fast and furious. Sitting in the shadow of the Big One, Infusion is a heady mix of speed, twists, turns and sensations, which unleash emotions, only a coaster enthusiast can explain. Family thrills and memories that will last a lifetime are assured and there is plenty to keep all ages amused on the 42-acre attraction. Nickelodeon Land opened in 2011 and is home to 12 amazing rides, a whole host of Nickelodeon characters themed around the world’s number one children’s entertainment channel. The park also plays home to the spectacular Hot Ice Show from the Pleasure Beach Arena. Take your seats in the theatre for a glamorous, fast moving ice show packed with hundreds of sequin-studded costumes and incredibly daring lifts.

Welcome to the Winter Gardens Conference and Exhibition Centre. We have listened to YOU and as a result have adapted our already firmly established grade II listed venue for the inclusion of purpose built conference facilities, making the Winter Gardens complex the ideal solution for a wide variety of corporate and social events. Discover 4.9 acres of connected conference and event space with the inclusion of our brand new £28 million conference and exhibition centre (available to book for 2021 and beyond) offering total capacities that range from 50 right up to 7,000. The complex has a café, bars and a restaurant ,offering a break away from the more corporate setting of the conference centre. The firmly established venue such as The iconic Empress Ballroom and the Spanish Suite can be used in conjunction with the conference centre for a unique combination of history and grandeur complete with contemporary high tech facilities. What's more after a busy day conferencing, delegates can visit the infamous Opera House theatre for an evening of entertainment (subject to availability).
