Evolve Amsterdam is not just another gym or an ordinary personal training studio, but an institute that cares about every aspect of your health. We know what is good for you! We perform several physical and medical tests to determine what is needed to empower you. And that's what we do: we empower people to stay motivated and reach their goals. If the test results indicate you are under a lot of stress, we might recommend you to take meditation and yoga lessons with a private trainer or in a group. If your body needs a minor adjustment, one of our experienced, certified personal trainers will help you to reach your physical goals. If you need to blow off some steam, boxing or intense weight training might help you to take off the edge. If you have allergies or vitamin and mineral deficiencies, our psychoneuro-immunologist will perform further tests and adjust your diet and supplements to your specific needs. If you suffered any injuries, our physical therapist will get you back on track. And if you just need to relax, a great massage will work miracles! But most of all, it's important to have fun and enjoy your journey towards a vibrant health. That's why we created the most exciting, challenging and inspiring training environment you can imagine. No machines, no cardio, but more than enough other equipment to challenge you physically, mentally and spiritually.
