Vision Yoga & Wellness Information

Owner Theresa Gorski grew up on the west side of Cleveland and made her home in Ohio City in 2009. After falling head over heels for Cleveland again, she decided to move her yoga and Massage Therapy practice to the Heart of Ohio City and opened Vision Yoga and Wellness. She is joined by other local wellness professionals who are passionate about spreading wellness awarenss and sharing their knowledge, service and skills for the Visionaries that live and work in Cleveland and visitors to our awesome city. Whether you are brand new to Yoga and need one-on-one personalized instruction or you are a seasoned Yogi, there’s something for everyone. We offer private and group yoga classes and wellness services 7 days a week! Our yoga classes range from deep stretch and beginner's yoga to Open Level and Powerful Flow. For those in pain, recovering from injury, stress reduction and more we offer Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Rolfing, Thai Yoga Massage, Sports Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, and Reiki. We hold events and workshops, certifications, educational seminars, and couple's massage workshops.
