Virtual Advantage (VA) designs, develops and delivers Scout - a web-based investigation management application used in insurance fraud, banking fraud, arson, IP, counterfeit, among other types of investigations. VA also developed FakR a mobile application for submitting leads to potentially counterfeit merchandise. Clients may use FakR to submit leads ready to investigate directly in Scout or may use Scout as a standalone database application. We constantly work with our clients to improve their collaboration, workflow and effectiveness in combating fraud. Role-based permissions, configurable data capture, and user friendly individual settings allow Scout to easily be configured to any investigative environment whether you have 5 or 5000 users.
