A FREE initial test is offered to benchmark and prove the capabilities of these outstanding technologies.Virto/Elcan has two distinct lines of screening technologies. One is a gyratory motion (Minox Tumbler Screeners), the other is vibratory screeners (Virto Multi-frequency vibration screeners). Screen blinding is virtually eliminated in both brands. Both are dynamic ways to increase quality and throughputs. We use our advanced screening systems along with a highly skilled technical staff to ache. In addition to the three qualification labs to do an initial analysis of your product, Virto/Elcan also offers eight full production bays, to provide an extensive testing and qualification of your product. If required, we also offer these eight bays for full toll processing services. Customers can make extended runs of products to insure successful installations or run larger quantities to use as sample lots or boost their production. We specialize in the “difficult to screen” products but can also excel in easier products that are not screening at optimal levels of output. Our Toll Processing facility also features an Eriez Electro-Magnetic seperater, packaging, in addition to our full screening services.
