Our Legacy and Vision VIP was established in 1975 by Dave Nutting around a belief that there had to be a better way to design and build. More than 50 years later, that idea continues under the leadership of CEO Meg Tidd. As VIP’s second-generation leader, Meg has carried the company’s Design-Build foundation forward while expanding what “A Better Way” means today: finding better ways to serve clients, support employees, strengthen communities, and consider the long-term impact of the places VIP helps create.
