Vinstra is a Norway-based consultancy that offers hands-on support to energy sector businesses looking to enhance the value of their transactions, from mergers to acquisitions. We support clients through the entire process, offering strategic guidance through early screening, finalisation and implementation. We leverage our team’s experience working in some of the sector’s leading companies to act as a bridge between our energy sector clients’ disparate advisory partners, providing bespoke solutions that support their strategic objectives. We advise on various competencies, including corporate strategy and planning, diligence during the purchasing process and brokering. Our team of specialists is based in Bergen, located on the west coast of Norway. We operate internationally to best serve the needs of our clients, with our headquarters taking advantage of Bergen’s status as one of the energy industry's maritime and subsea centres of excellence.
