Petromarin AS Information

Petromarin A/S is a major Project Completion and Commissioning company that operates both in Norway and Internationally. We provide specialist commissioning services to the oil & gas and process industries. Petromarin’s main objective is to improve quality, delivery schedule and profitability for all projects in which the company is involved. Petromarin has developed a project completion work process model which supports this goal. One of the primary objectives of this process model, is to ensure that all possible completion activities (including commissioning), are carried out at an early stage (i.e. at the fabrication and assembly yards) prior to being transported offshore. This minimises the scope of work during the offshore phase, which is in turn reduces costs and allows earlier start-up of drilling and production activities. Petromarin also carries out these activities within the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and is currently involved in several major projects. The company also provides consultancy services to the rig repair and ship building industry. The company actively participates at all stages in a project, from the concept phase through design, fabrication, commissioning and start-up.
