Markets are shrinking? Competition is killing you? Margins are squeezing? Got to cut costs to the bone? Still, your clients expect more for less? Sure, it's tough. And it won't get any easier! Yet, only when it's dark enough one can see the stars. So, we gotta be shining. May our stories connect. Let's make a great one together! Viktor Lenac is the leading repair, maintenance and conversion shipyard in the Mediterranean with more than 120 years in ship and offshore realms. Our facilities, technology and skilled workforce, make us a modern shipyard capable of completing the most demanding projects, on short deadlines and up to the highest standards. Our uncompromising commitment to quality is globally recognized, making our name a by-word for quality. Ship repair is the core business with 80 repairs per year of all vessel types, providing the full range of ship repair services – from standard docking and steel works, hull and tank blasting, preparation and painting to highly specialized works on vessel mechanical and electrical systems. Viktor Lenac was among ship conversion pioneers. Conversions of general cargo and tanker ships to car carriers for Norwegian Hoegh, were our first conversion projects in early 1970s, followed by a history of successful conversions of pipe/cable-laying ships and offshore platform and supply vessels. Our offshore services range from engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and outfitting, to on-shore commissioning, load-out, sea fastening, hook-up, commissioning, assistance to start up, repairs and maintenance. We have built a total of 17 gas production and distribution platforms still in use in the north Adriatic Sea. Our mission it to be here whenever our clients may need us and to do the job required. Our vision is to become the first choice of ship owners looking for a reliable shipyard in the Mediterranean. It’s not easy and we’re not a perfect company, but we constantly learn and grow better in delivering top quality, in a safe way, and on time.
