Vergence Inc. provides enhanced training and skill development that focuses on breaking down employment barriers that people may experience due to circumstances beyond their control or due to obstacles people have experienced and overcome in their life. The “Our focus is your future” mantra expresses our commitment to elevating people’s skills that enhance their employability, thus contributing to an inclusive and prosperous future. Our guiding principles are: Understand the struggles new comers have when immigrating to Canada and participate in breaking down employment barriers that prevent inclusion.
