VenturePLUS Capital Group is a corporate finance firm providing innovative investment solutions (like our proprietary V180 Solution), strategies and services. We were organized in 2012 as a niche-focused corporate finance advisory firm. Since that time we have expanded our services and primarily cater to the small to middle market enterprises, angel investors and investments funds seeking to obtain or invest, as the case may be, debt or equity capital ranging anywhere from $100,000 to $15 million. With our proprietary V180 Capital Protection Solution we are able to provide investors with the unique benefit of investing in high opportunity (typically high risk) ventures with the comfort of knowing that their investment capital is fully protected. We are specifically geared toward assisting companies grow their business through acquisitions and capital raises in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible. We also offer other services including investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, recapitalization, restructuring, and strategic advisory services. Our predecessor company, CloverLeaf Capital, has been in the corporate finance/investment banking business since 1999. Cloverleaf and now VenturePLUS is a leader and innovator in facilitating capital raises and providing strategic and financial advisory services to the early stage and middle market companies. Our firm has been built with the belief that clients are best served by working with a firm that maintains complete objectivity and works exclusively with the best interests of the client in mind. As such, we have served in an acknowledged fiduciary capacity to all clients, both individual and corporate since the founding of our firm.
