Vector Training and Consulting, LLC, Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing employment readiness training to individuals who are changing careers. I specialize in providing Veterans, law enforcement, fire fighters, and EMS customized solutions to the challenges they face in career transition. I work with companies who want to target these demographics by helping them build an environment which will increase retention. I conduct complete instructional system design model (ADDIE) to: - Analyze employee performance to identify performance gaps - Design appropriate training and non-training measures to address performance gaps - Develop solutions to performance gaps - Implement solutions to improve employee performance - Evaluate the solutions to ensure they address customer concerns I can accomplish this as a complete process or conduct individual steps based on the needs of the customer.
