Vaspian is an AI-first business phone company. We build and operate our own voice network, and we write the software that runs on top of it: the customer portal, the softphone, the click-to-dial extension, the public API, and the AI that reads every call. That last part is what changed. A business phone call is the most honest record a company has of what its customers actually want, and nearly all of it disappears the moment someone hangs up. Our Conversational Intelligence platform captures it. Every call is transcribed with speaker separation, searchable by keyword, and scored for sentiment, with the last 30 days available in seconds. What was asked, what was agreed, what got missed. The AI runs on our own GPU servers, inside our own network. Customer audio is not handed off to a third-party API. For the collections agencies, medical practices and law firms we serve, where what was said on a call carries legal and financial weight, that distinction matters more than any feature. Underneath it all is still a phone system that has to work: hosted PBX and VoIP, contact center, business texting, virtual faxing. Owning the network and the software means when something needs fixing, we fix it ourselves rather than filing a ticket with a vendor. And when you call support, a person answers. In an industry that automated that away, we kept it. We serve small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S., with our deepest roots in Western New York. Large platforms treat a forty-seat business as a rounding error. Local resellers white-label someone else's stack and cannot repair what they did not build. We do neither.
