Vape and Juice the retail business began life in 2013 as a simple website. After quickly realising the market was looking for a physical retail brand where new users can seek advice and try products before buying, we opened our first store in Southend, in a town called Southchurch. This first store in Southchurch Road, Southend, opened in March 2014. Since this time the company has grown to over 27 locations across the UK, with a seasonal retail unit in San Antonio, Ibiza. We did this all on a startup budget of £5000. As a business, we do more with less and have got to this point with an army of amazing vapers who privilege us with their custom. We don't always get it right, but we are always aiming to. Vape and Juice aims to offer a customer service led vape retail experience. Our intention is to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction, both online and offline.
