We use New Zealand unsalted butter, Single Origin cocoa, double fold Vanilla Extracts, free range eggs, Belgian Couverture chocolates and fresh fruits, which together, results in a cake or cupcake like no other. From the very first bite you will taste pure indulgence. We bake daily from scratch, as we use traditional patisserie methods of making our products. Our Pastry Chef's mix, blend, and bake like the olden days. We ensure our customers receive the freshest tasting products every time, because we bake twice daily.
