Our level of engagement has varied from consultant/advisor to active manager of construction. ValCon is staffed by professionals who have long-term experience in the construction industry. They combine a thorough knowledge of construction with a practical understanding of the needs of the Owner, and Investor. We utilize a team approach to our projects and may supplement our staff with specialty consultants depending upon project needs. Several members of our staff as well as our consultants can be working on your project at any given time. This team is coordinated by a senior member of ValCon who will act as your primary contact throughout the project for communication on all topics.
