V2R Projects is the preferred manager of our clients risk for their challenging and difficult projects. Our motto is turning “Project Visions 2 Reality”. Our most successful projects are those whereby the client has a project that they cannot achieve their desired project outcomes. We have continually been able to reduce costs and time by 10-15% through value engineering and innovation. Our preference of course is to achieve this the first time! Our team has great diversity having delivered projects throughout Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory. Such projects include remote and regional areas for Commercial, Mining, Heavy Industry and Government clients. Our “hands on” approach delivers outcomes and not polarising issues for someone else to solve. We achieve this by challenging “sacred cows”, adoption of tried and proven innovative product and a process transparently sharing our learning through continual review. We can deliver the project or set it up for success.
