Founded in 1962 by Mr. Vaggelis Kteniadis Sr., father of the company’s current president, under the former name “Ergon S.A”, it quickly became synonymous of the highest quality in Real Estate Development and provided high yield investments while stating integrity and commitment in its business field. Mr. Vaggelis Kteniadis Jr. is the president of V² DEVELOPMENT successfully continuing 60 years of family tradition. Since May 2013, V² DEVELOPMENT is also an active promoter of the “Golden Visa Program”, a pioneering investment law which entitles permanent residency in Greece and access to 26 Schengen countries, through a €250,000 investment in real estate property in Greece.
