ΟΤΕestate is a subsidiary of OTE S.A. aiming at the development, exploitation and management of the entire OTE Group property portfolio thus adding value to its main shareholder. Challenging though it may be to handle nearly 2.300 diverse properties all over the country, ranging from land plots to major landmarks, in OTEestate we have the ambition to create a modern spatial identity, which will represent the profile of the OTE Group taking into account our ambitious goals towards climate change. Each time we attempt to exploit, lease, renovate or simply modernize a building, we aim to reinforce the positive characteristics of the specific intervention site, and to limit or eliminate the adverse elements. Our main intention is to deliver buildings that perform to a high standard in terms of environment and social impact and those we focus on are cost-effective, safe, secure and energy efficient renovations of our portfolio. We consistently pursue to provide the Group’s employees with a modern, vibrant, agile and healthy working environment, whilst already in the process of renovating our main office buildings with the goal to boost creativity, productivity and collaboration To ensure that all the above are achieved, we follow the existing, internationally recognized, certification systems for assessing and evaluating sustainable development of infrastructure and construction and wellbeing of employees. OTEestate is a silver member of the USGBC (US Green Building Council) and has certified with LEED certification the assets of KERAMEIKOS, SOLONOS and COSMOTE TV HQ at KIFISSIA.
