The USTW will offer, to all those eligible Members who are interested in participating, a uniform and equitable Dan and Gup Promotion Certification program. USTW Dan and Gup Certification will be granted to all those eligible candidates who successfully complete the Dan and Gup Promotion Regulations and Requirements for USTW Dan and Gup Certification, which is acknowledged and recognized at the national level within the United States of America. The USTW will promote a national curriculum of classes essential for the proper instruction of Taekwondo as a traditional martial art. These classes will be offered in the United States by the USTW, on a regular basis, as USTW Instructor Certification Seminars. USTW Instructor Certification will be granted to all those eligible candidates who successfully complete the attendance and examination requirements for USTW Instructor Certification, which is acknowledged and recognized at the national level within the United States of America.
