Urban Soul is dedicated to bringing a gentle balance to urban Sydney. We provide a personalised and welcoming experience focusing on supportive, face to face classes in our groovy studio located in alexandrias Fountain Street Hub. Urban Soul is perfectly located for the surrounding suburbs of Erskineville, Waterloo, Everleigh, Newtown and Redfern. Our teachers are friendly, supportive, passionate, experienced and most importantly, make yoga fun. Nurture your body, mind and soul with our selection of over 30 classes each week. Urban Soul aims to bring people together for an authentic, collective experience and create a sense of community. We offer strong open flow classes and flowing dynamic classes as well as yin, foundations and stretch therapy. We strive to intertwine yogic philosophy into each practice so students can benefit not only from the physical component of yoga (asana) but can also apply wisdom to their lives off the mat.
