Urban Exposure Information

On 22nd June 2021 Geoffrey Paul Rowley and David Frederick Shambrook, both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU were appointed as joint liquidators to effect the voluntary winding-up of Urban Exposure PLC. On 23rd June the admission of Urban Exposure PLC’s ordinary shares to trading on AIM were cancelled. Further details of the Cancellation and the Liquidation are set out in the Circular, a copy of which is available here. In the circular that proposed the members’ voluntary liquidation of the Company and cancellation of admission to trading on AIM published on 21 May 2021 the Company estimated that there would be an initial distribution paid to shareholders of 31.6p by 6 July 2021. This initial distribution has now been increased to 53.6p due to the successful redemption of two of the Company’s loans. This distribution is due to be paid on 16 July 2021.
