Unitial Technologies is at the forefront of accelerating the energy transition in the construction sector. In the Netherlands there are roughly 15,000 excavators that are estimated to emit on average 30,000 KG of CO2 per machine per year. Just one machine emits CO2 equivalent to the emissions of 30 modern passenger cars (Dutch average). Our mission is to reduce fossil fuel consumption. We do this by developing innovative, sustainable energy solutions that reduce cost and speed up implementation of electric machines and as such drastically reducing CO2 emissions. Our world-class team designs and integrates electric powertrains for these machines. And we do not stop there. The introduction of electric machines has introduced new aspects in construction projects such as energy logistics and planning to ensure sufficient electricity is available. To this end we have introduced Fleet Energy Services (FES). We believe real time data, insights and forecasting are a key factor to successfully navigate the energy transition in the construction industry.
