UCI HyperXite - SpaceX Hyperloop Competition Information

Founded in 2015, we are focusing on building transportation of the future. This team of diverse individuals is based at the University of California, Irvine. We aim to revolutionize the landscape of transportation. The Hyperloop will provide unprecedented travel times between major cities through the most efficient transit system ever proposed. Our engineers precisely crafted a design in which our pod will maintain astonishing speeds with its aerodynamic design crafted after an airplane's wing. We strive for a safe, clean and integrated future of transportation. HyperXite placed in the top 5 of all Hyperloop teams in the world for their overall design. HyperXite is one of six teams to make it to the open air Hyperloop Tube in the second SpaceX Hyperloop Competition and is the FASTEST and HIGHEST RANKED American team.
