TSM Control Systems designs, manufactures, and supports advanced process control and automation systems for the global plastics extrusion industry. Our full technology portfolio includes: OptiMix, OptiBatch, OptiFlake, and OptiBlend for precision material handling and gravimetric blending; OptiYield for single-line loss-in-weight extruder control, supporting both starve-fed and flood-fed configurations; OptiFeed for material conveying and feeding; OptiCool for process cooling control; OptiX for centralised, plant-wide supervisory control; SmartLip One for die lip control in blown film applications; and NEXUS, our integrated platform bringing line data and control together across the plant floor. Together, these systems give manufacturers accurate, real-time control over material usage, blend ratios, die performance, and line-wide production data, helping reduce scrap, improve product consistency, and lower total cost of ownership. Our application scope spans blown film, cast film, sheet, pipe, profile, and compounding lines, as well as central conveying systems for plant-wide material transport. We support customers across packaging, construction, automotive, and industrial manufacturing sectors worldwide, from single extrusion lines to complete turnkey production facilities.
