IPL is a leading sustainable packaging solutions provider growing at a faster pace than its underlying markets. We manufacture specialty packaging products used primarily in the food, consumer, agricultural, logistics and environmental end-markets. The U.S., the U.K. and Canada are our three largest geographical markets. Our Business is organised into three segments: Consumer Packaging Solutions ("CPS"​), Large Format Packaging and Environmental Solutions ("LF&E"​), and Returnable Packaging Solutions ("RPS"​). We manufacture our products at 14 facilities located in Canada, the U.S., Ireland, the U.K., and China, and operates four Centres for Innovation and Excellence. Consumer Packaging Solutions – manufacture of specialty thin-wall injection moulded containers, lids, overcaps and custom packaging solutions for branded and private label food and consumer products customers in North America and Europe; Large Format Packaging & Environmental Solutions – provide a range of large pails, containers and crates for the food and consumer, environmental, retail, agricultural and industrial end-markets, with a focus on large volume, non-cosmetic products that utilize recycled polymers; and Returnable Packaging Solutions – manufacture plastic bulk containers used in the agricultural sector. Recently, we have also begun to supply these products to the automotive logistics market. The Group’s strategic vision is to become a leading global player in the rigid plastics market.
