Hemologic B.V. is a Dutch R&D company, part of The Surgical Company Group (Amersfoort, The Netherlands) and aims to introduce a novel non-invasive cardiac diagnostic and monitoring technology, for use in the assessment of the hemodynamic functioning of the heart by measuring atrial and ventricular filling curves. The Hemologic Cardiac Profiler is expected to offer a non-invasive, real time, wireless, remote, continuous measurement of hemodynamic parameters under a wide range of in-and outpatient examination settings. As such, the Hemodynamic Cardiac Profiler addresses the need of physicians to obtain hemodynamic data of patients, as simple and fast as obtaining an ECG, and early on in the examination process. Hemologic plans to license its technology to parties in the field of cardiac diagnostics and vital signs monitoring.
