Truth Training Information

Truth Training is a strength based workout, programming and lifestyle series that involves a deep practice in foundational exercises. Truth Training makes strength the first priority, all other components of fitness will evolve as strength improves. As life and responsibilities become more complicated, one should never abandon their strength. Truth Training based in East Hampton, NY is the Hampton's premier strength and elite functional fitness center. Workouts are based on strength and conditioning incorporating kettlebells, bodyweight, TRX, jump rope, medicine balls, bosu balls, rowing machines, sleds and plyo-boxes. Classes are in a high-energy group atmosphere to really push yourself to achieve your fitness goals. In addition, we also conduct personal one-on-one sessions on request to really fine tune and hone technique and bring you to that next level. Truth Training also holds retreats, boot camps, standup paddle boarding tours and outings, trail runs and mountain bike tours.
