John started in the mortgage industry right after the real estate crash in 2008 and started Trupath Lending to address the many problems of an antiquated industry and to leverage technology to provide a much more pleasant experience for borrowers. By establishing relationships with hundreds of lenders and bank we can provide a diverse set of loan programs from conventional residential loans to multifamily commercial and ground up development. We pre-underwrite each loan scenario to determine if it will get approved and to guide them on how they can get approved if they don’t meet the requirements. Being transparent about the process from the beginning and keeping to timely updates have been vital in customer retention and organic referrals.
