True West Beef Information

True West Beef is a new model for beef production jointly owned by Boise-based and family-owned, Agri Beef, and cattle ranchers and feeders from around the region. The plant will produce our World-Renowned Snake River Farms and Double R Ranch Beef. Located along highway 93 in the heart of Idaho’s thriving Magic Valley, True West Beef is expected to create 350+ jobs in Jerome, Idaho. As a company already focused on satisfying the growing consumer expectations for high-quality, healthy, and sustainably raised beef, we will continue in this mission for Agri Beef and its partners.
