In 2020, Aysha Bin Huwaireb founded TRIO in Dubai, bringing together her background in design and her passion for coffee. From the start, each space was imagined as a unique environment where architecture, materials and atmosphere worked together to create a distinct experience. Since then, TRIO has become recognized in the UAE for its creative approach to design, its consistent focus on service, and its ability to connect with a new generation of customers. Alongside its spaces, TRIO has developed a catering business that serves private and corporate clients, extending the brand beyond its physical locations.
