Trinity FLAC Information

Trinity FLAC is one of Trinity College Dublin’s most active and service-driven student societies, combining student engagement with a strong commitment to social justice, human rights and access to legal information. As the Trinity branch of the Free Legal Advice Centres, the society plays a unique role on campus, not only as a student organisation, but also as a vital service for the wider College community. Through its weekly free legal information clinics, public legal education, outreach initiatives, legal research projects and wide range of events, Trinity FLAC offers students the opportunity to engage with the law in a meaningful and practical way. The society attracts members from across all disciplines, reflecting the fact that legal issues intersect with every part of society. Whether students are interested in advocacy, public interest law, policy, education or simply contributing to an important campus service, Trinity FLAC provides a space for them to get involved. At the heart of Trinity FLAC is a commitment to empowering students and promoting greater awareness of rights, justice and the law.
