Trifitness LLC Information

Trifitness was created to provide high quality innovative multi-sport training programs and events. We are dedicated to helping people of all ages and athletic abilities get the most out of their sport. Our students gain in fitness, skills and confidence in a fun and positive environment. Our goal with each of student is to understand their individual goals and to work with them to achievethem through a wide variety of personalized exercises - always keeping it fun. Trifitness was founded in 2001 by Paul and Pascale Butcher. Since then the company has built a reputation as one of Connecticut's leading multi-sport companies having created a number of popular events - such as the Health Net Triathlon and Trek Trifitness Triathlon in Fairfield - and coached hundreds of students in swimming, biking and running. Trifitness has a new multi-sport training facility, located at 1215 Post Road, Fairfield CT next to the Trek Bicycle Store.
