Trident Pool Group is the merged entity of two of the most respected brands in the Carolinas; USAquatics and pH Pool Management. Mark Houff previously 100% owner of USAquatics and Shan Rumfelt, previously 100% owner of pH Pool Management first formed a business partnership in creating Water Management Solutions in 2006. For 10 years the two owners competed in the pool management industry while growing Water Management Solutions into one of the largest pool chemical providers in the Mid-Atlantic. In 2015, the plan was conceived, based on their prior success, to house under one roof the most experienced and talented organization in the industry. With over 100 years of combined pool management experience, our executive team is second to none. The founding principle was to build a stable pool management company that could offer a complete suite of services that meet the individual needs of each customer. At Trident Pool Group, we do not believe that there is a single approach that fits every customer, so we do not offer the cookie cutter approach of Pool Management to our customers. We take the time to get to know every customer, building a maintenance and management strategy that supports long term success and provides total customer satisfaction.
